Hello I want to install a base cabinet rotated in my kitchen so that it is accessible from the front. With Faktum a 60 cm base cabinet with a side panel is slightly wider than the depth of a 60 cm base cabinet, see picture. With Metod I was surprised to find that the base cabinets are a bit deeper and at least according to the kitchen planner the width including the side panel and the depth are the same, see picture. I assume that if the rotated base cabinet has a door and the hinge is on the side opposite the wall, then I don’t need a filler strip between the wall and the base cabinet, right? I know we have to wait until Metod is available, but as it looks at least in the planner, I should be able to place a rotated 60 cm base cabinet exactly next to another 60 cm base cabinet with Metod, or does anyone have further concerns?
