I do not receive any funding. My architect has designated the full 33 sqm area of the hobby room as living space. I was concerned with the general issues from the construction and performance description. Because it says here, "All living spaces will be finished with gypsum plaster." If the architect designated the basement room as living space, in my opinion the construction company should have plastered it as well, because it is designated as living space. But well, I just plastered it myself, I’m just curious how this works with hobby rooms. The room is bright enough because I built the light well myself and made it appropriately large. How is it actually with the basement windows, they have double-glazed insulation glass. Is that also permissible according to the Energy Saving Ordinance? Or do they need to be thermally insulated windows?
