Good evening! We have purchased an existing property and, since renovations are necessary anyway, we want to make optimal use of the available space. The largest unused room, in my opinion, is the extension of the kitchen. A small kitchen table/dining option would be possible. However, I think the space can be better planned, as the dining table is located very close to the (semi-open, separated by a sliding door) kitchen. At the same time, the hallway is currently quite small with little storage options (wardrobe, shoes, dog leash). Upstairs there are 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The washing machine is in the basement. Attached you will find the current floor plan and two ideas we had to use the hallway more sensibly or to integrate a storage closet (for vacuum cleaner, etc.). I am grateful for any help and suggestions! Best regards
