Go through the RH a third time and bring an expert specializing in masonry with you. Only then will you get reliable information about the condition of the building and be able to make a decision. As a construction expert says: It is existing, what good is a statement about the material used for the walls if you don't know the current condition -> Without an expert on site, you can't get an answer.
