Good morning,
maybe someone here can help me.
It's about carefully removing the facade side from the inside and then rebuilding it from the inside without damaging the clinker.
The first reason is a T-beam that must go over the terrace window for a 2-element sliding door.
The two photos were taken at corner 1 with the red arrow (see floor plan).
All the following questions also relate to mold and condensate accumulation.
1. How should the new wall structure be made?
2. Are there any problems with the adjacent concrete wall?
3. How can I improve the concrete wall from the inside?
