Installments in divisions of upper floors

How do you imagine the living room layout in the plan from ? How should the staircase be separated there? How long is the purple marked wall section on the right?

Regarding the living room furnishings, I would like to point out that no final decision has been made yet. I look forward to your recommendations. We plan to separate the stairs with an open entrance only, similar to what is shown in the attachment.

The wall section is 250cm long. Perhaps we should also enlarge the shower/WC, or ?. I ask for your opinion on this.

Beautiful pictures, but I have trouble assigning them to the floor plan. Would the office have a window? What does the overall window situation look like on the upper floor? I would personally prefer to separate it, and then rather an additional wall and not an open room divider to the newly created corridor, which then separates the bedrooms? Are those children's rooms? With a bathroom separating from the living room.

Don't you find this request a bit rude? No fully dimensioned floor plan, no statements about what needs to be accommodated at all, yet demands are made. Sometimes you just have to shake your head.

I thought I had described everything well for you, only the two rooms are built. Everything else is only on paper.
