Installation of heat pump/heating - before or after screed

my heating technician can't really decide on a version. That's why I'm asking you about your experiences: When was/is the heat pump/heating installed at your place? Before or after the screed? Which version has which advantages and disadvantages?

Since the screed needs to be dried shortly after it has been installed: before the screed.

With us, it was also installed before the screed. But on a special "podium," so that no sound/vibration is transmitted. When the screed is poured, the heating has to start immediately for drying.

Yes, there is actually only one answer: Before that, because the screed must be heated to dry faster and it does not become cheaper if you have to procure other equipment for it.

You can also simply set up the heat pump shortly after the screed is laid, but before the drying begins. Normally, some time passes before the drying starts.
