With poroton, I would rather try to go into concrete with the screws. That also holds. Poroton crumbles like glass.

Long shank plugs from Fi...er for Poroton,
1. drill through the clinker and into the Poroton 12-15cm deep (without hammer, sharp drill)
2. insert plug
3. screw 2 turns into the plug,
4. hammer the screw with the plug in until 7-10cm remains
5. screw in, plug expands, tight
Diameter 12-14mm, depending on the railing hole
Plug length = clinker + air + 10cm for blind hole in Poroton
should last forever with stainless steel screws
