You're welcome. The installation included all windows and shutters, so I can't tell you exactly how much one window would cost. Roughly about €150 according to my offer.

Since you didn't ask whether you are even allowed to install the windows, I didn't address that :-) I assume you clarify all the conditions. And it's best if you go to the neighbor upstairs and ask whom he asked and how he proceeded.
Whether it is subject to monument protection is best found out at the building authority.

No, no zero is missing. We installed around 19 windows, and if you divide the amount, I come to 150€. For one window, the amount will most likely be higher, but not 1500... such a floor-to-ceiling window (2-leaf) also costs "only" 700€ net (19% VAT), the price varies depending on width and sliding door yes/no

After all, we are talking about a double-wing balcony door, the wall opening of which still has to be created in this size, and the fall protection ("frz. Balkon") also still has to be installed. From 2014, I know "installation prices" of about 120 to 200 euros for single-wing windows and 200 to 280 euros for double-wing windows (each not floor-to-ceiling) – note that this is for setting, screwing in, and foaming – without finishing, etc. Renovation and new construction are not comparable in terms of effort.
