Oh yes, does the data sheet reveal whether 35 dB/m reaches the nearest window of the neighbor? Also, the 35 dB/m are the total value of all noise emissions present there. An air conditioner positioned a bit further away is already sufficient.... In case of doubt, a maximum of 29 dB/m may originate from the tenant, no more.
