I really can't decide what impresses me more: the approach or the remarkable response rate.

Is this "gar nicht" actually intentional in the otherwise quite eloquent manner of expression? :)

I take it easy. I have dyslexia.

Yes, I also wouldn't have expected such a response, but everyone feels flattered when you tell them what a beautiful house they have and that you'd like to talk to them about their experiences. Here is an impression of our postcard campaign. This is my handwriting on the card – my wife even manages to write the card in such neat handwriting that it can actually be sent as a postcard. The response rate with her handwriting is also significantly higher than with mine .

"gar nicht" is simply an intensification or enhancement or in some places also an assertion of the plain "nicht," where the latter seems absolutely too weak to me – even if philosophers might think that "nicht" is already absolute, and thus not only not in need of intensification but also not (or as I would say: gar nicht) intensifi[I]able. I see it differently, and the reason I don’t use the variant "niemals nie nicht" is simply that I am a Prussian.
Or are you a German teacher and are bothered that I belong to the compound-writing faction when it comes to "gar nicht"?

Dyslexia is dyscalculia with letters – and thus from my merchant’s perspective the more favorable variant. The main thing is that the numbers add up correctly in the bill – or if you like also "ræchnung" :-)

Very nice! – using that for the architect search is basically a little sibling of one of my Barthel tips ;-)
