Good day.
I would be interested in the following.
Assuming the setting of a new heating system is not correct (new building).
Does a correction of the system by the heating installer fall under warranty or guarantee?
Is the developer or the heating installer responsible for clarification in this case?
I suspect that our new heating system is set too "high." The underfloor heating flow temperature is very high and so is the consumption of the system.
Of course, the consumption is probably higher in a new building (because the building is not completely dry yet),
but 50 degrees flow temperature at 2 degrees outside temperature is already very high!
Therefore, I would like to have the system checked by the HI.
To avoid difficulties, I would be interested in whether this falls under warranty/guarantee or even only goodwill of the HI (or BD?).
The construction was handed over in summer, when the heating was not really in operation yet (at least the underfloor heating).
Thank you very much for your help!
