Include warranty bond insurance in the contract?

it is still unclear which defect you reported within which period after acceptance to which company that has since become insolvent, which bank/insurance then did not pay, and whether your contract was based on the Building Code or the VOB?

Of course, one must also observe the formalities in the case of a warranty guarantee, otherwise no guarantee is of any use. But I am of the opinion that this guarantee should always be agreed upon.
