IKEA UTRUSTA lifting device in FAKTUM wall cabinet - METOD size

Hello dear helpers,

for the installation of a Utrusta lift mechanism in a Faktum wall cabinet, I am looking for the Metod measurement between the top panel (inside underside) and the highest hole (center of the hole). The hole spacing from FAKTUM to METOD is different. Thanks to an Ikea expert, I have already found the distance of the hole rows to the front edge (20/52 mm) as well as between the holes (50 mm) in another thread. Could someone please measure for me the hole spacing d as indicated in the picture?

The instruction involves a horizontal wall cabinet with a height of 35 cm. In my case, I am converting a 60 cm x 70 cm wall cabinet into 2 fronts of 60 cm x 35 cm, with the top as a "normal" flap door and the bottom as a door swinging upwards for placing a microwave inside.

Hello, d = 50 mm - base thickness (18 mm), provided that the base is exactly flush with the side at the top.

Hello, d = 50 mm - bottom thickness (18 mm), provided the bottom flushes exactly with the side on top.

I'm jumping in here because I am still looking for the dimensions for the holes to attach a Utrusta lifting device in a Besta shelf.

So what is the measurement for d now? 50 mm? Why would the bottom thickness have to be subtracted there? It's only about the measurement from the inner edge to the drilling hole, isn't it? I'm really at a loss here at the moment...

50 mm is the cabinet-spanning hole distance for METOD, therefore 50 mm - thickness of the top panel. I already wrote something about the issue with BESTA in the other post.

thank you very much for the specification (32 mm distance to the inside of the top board)! I have installed the lifting devices accordingly and it looks suitable for now. I can say more precisely when a door without transport damage is available for installation ...
