Hello,
white plastic holders do not sound like a Blum Tandembox to me - but an Ikea expert knows better. The old Tandembox holders I know were made of metal and should have the IKEA number 113281. The fronts with these holders snapped in (and could only be released sideways with a screwdriver). An original manual can be found online at Ikea.
My two newer Rationell drawers had the white plastic holders; the front was attached by turning the side cover plates on the frame by 90°. I still found the corresponding instructions, the things look like this: . The manufacturer is unknown to me.
I would try the Ikea spare parts service to get the right holder - otherwise you can look further.
Regards, IKEA friend
