Ikea Metod wall cabinet fittings

Good morning,
I have been on vacation since today and am determined to use this time to finally set up my Faktum kitchen, which we bought back in January. However, today I saw on Ikea online that Faktum has been replaced by Metod and that the Metod wall cabinets are attached to hanging rails. I would now also like to hang my Faktum wall cabinets on the wall in this way. But now comes my problem or my question: Can I buy the fittings (hangers) that come with the Metod wall cabinets in the package and are installed on the cabinet separately, so that I can install them on my old ones?????
I have spent 3 hours today on the Ikea online pages trying to find this out, but unfortunately without success.
Even the helpful "Anna" could not assist me further with the part number 124516, which I had previously found in the downloadable instruction manual. A call to support was also unsuccessful, as there were supposed to be technical difficulties today.
I hope someone here can answer my question.

Hello, no, you cannot buy them. At best, you could obtain them through customer service, but then you have the problem that the drill holes in your cabinets do not fit. So you would have to drill the holes for the brackets in the side panels yourself, and do that very precisely. It would be good if you had a large CNC machine for that, because otherwise you will hardly manage it and it would take forever. If the brackets are not exactly the same, then the cabinets will hang crookedly on the rail, since nothing can be readjusted. So, long story short: forget the rail!
