And what's the use to me if I pay half the price for two handles, but then have to pay €4 shipping and an additional €4.90 for the extension? Because such an extension is not available in the other shop.

For two handles, it's obviously not worth it. I assumed you were ordering a whole bunch of handles for the entire kitchen.
