I couldn't convince my wife to place the stove or sink on the kitchen island. However, I find the oven at shoulder height very practical and have now come up with the following concept. A complete wall with a countertop, a narrow kitchen island with 90cm depth, and the distance between the two countertops is (as in the previous design) 120cm. I have now drawn the table in a normal size. Previously, it was with both extension leaves. The garden doors are each 110cm.

The downside is already that the cable for the raclette is in the way again, and it feels almost too open for me again.

Refrigerator and oven are placed too isolated. No storage surface in a reasonable vicinity. Are the patio doors at the top of the plan? .. Then I don’t find the path from the bottom middle of the plan towards the sofa as well as towards the kitchen very good.

What can be changed in the floor plan? And where exactly do the doors at the bottom of the plan lead to?

So it still applies:

I already consider the room width a challenge. 3.81 minus plaster is 3.75... people like it cozy when watching TV, and a kitchen unit of 3.70 is not too small, but this length of the room and then a pass-through room for the storage room (technology and so on) is anything but "nice" ops: Doesn't the house possibly give more of an L shape for the living area? Then you also don't get the feeling that everything is too open.

with a peninsula, it would definitely have to be towards the top of the plan!

Unfortunately, it is an auction house, which we like very much apart from that part. Unfortunately, we have very high requirements for the other rooms, or rather their number, so this living room is the result. However, the doors can still be freely changed. The doors at the top of the plan lead to the garden (south), the left door at the bottom of the plan leads to the HTR, and the right door leads to the hallway.
