IKEA Inreda drawer with full extension – can CDs/DVDs fit inside?

Hi,

we are at our wit's end. We had a Besta cabinet put together for us today at the furniture store. It includes 6 drawers planned for CDs / DVDs. The nice lady specifically recommended drawers with full extension for the CDs. Now we suspect that CDs do not fit in the full-extension drawers due to insufficient height. Can someone help us? We just can't get the CDs into the drawers.

The extractor is available in two heights. With the lower one, I can imagine that it might be too tight for CDs. It depends on which drawers exactly and in which positions are used.

That is of course really hard to say from a distance exactly where the problem lies. We have the same wardrobe in our bedroom and I also only reluctantly remember the assembly. It's a massive thing. Additionally, for us, the piece had to go up to the third floor :/ I took it out of the package beforehand and partially placed it on a pallet. That made it go a bit faster. For us, the CD/DVD pull-out parts are also hooked into each other and don't move much :/
