Hello everyone,
about 1 month ago we received our new Ikea kitchen, I assembled it myself and oiled the countertop 3 times as prescribed, but despite all that my wife showed me this spot on the countertop today, it looks as if the countertop is cracked, see pictures

Is this a material defect or where does something like this come from, and what should I do now, it is of course the countertop where both the sink and the cooktop were cut out, so replacement is not so simple either.
A little further up there is a spot that is slightly raised as if something is stuck underneath.

How can I best repair the countertop, I was thinking of lightly sanding it with sandpaper and oiling it again thoroughly or what should I do?
