Ikea Faktum wanted for built-in ovens

Hello,

when extending our kitchen, we unfortunately had to realize that Ikea has changed from Faktum to Metod, which unfortunately has an impact on the dimensions.

Therefore my question is whether anyone still has a Faktum oven cabinet, as the after-sales service leaves much to be desired. We have been waiting for information from IKEA for a week now, and they cannot help us on the phone either.

This is particularly annoying because there is now a €1,000 oven standing here and we cannot get this cabinet in the 70cm height. It can’t possibly fail because of €40 :confused:

Do you have a different Google? Unfortunately, I can’t find anything there. At least not in 60x70cm.

To what extent does the reorder service leave something to be desired? Everything is available after all. Of course, I don't know which front and base you have.

Yes, according to the page everything is available. According to the customer hotline, however, it is first checked in Sweden whether the respective part is actually available. If not, I don’t know if they will build it first.

In any case, we have now been waiting for a week for information on when and if anything will be delivered at all. However, the customer hotline cannot answer that for us either.

Until now, it was always indicated if a part was not available. Of course, more can be ordered at the same time than is available, but before searching for a used part for weeks, I would place the order; in the worst case, the cabinet is not deliverable and then you can still look for an alternative.
