I am currently looking for an air heat pump for my house. I was offered the following system:
IDM Energie-Systeme: TERRA ML 8-13 Complete

Does anyone have experience with the system? Or what can be gleaned from the manufacturer's descriptions?

The house is a prefab house (timber frame construction) with a basement from 1998. The location is 86456 Gablingen.

Before dealing with specific manufacturers/devices, the actual demand (performance, energy) for heating and hot water should primarily be determined.
For air heat pumps, the climate location also plays a significant role.
Tendentially:
Moderate to poor building insulation, cold location, small heating surfaces are not particularly favorable for air heat pumps!
Additionally, a low temperature difference between source, here outdoor air, and sink (heating surfaces) is required for all heat pumps. This means low flow temperatures to the heating surfaces!
Hydraulics also play a crucial role.
Whether all this is present here is undefined!

the factors you mentioned have already been taken into account.

The house is a low-energy house as of the construction year 1998. The energy calculation provides less than 10,000 kWh/a with a heated area of 177 m². Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. The hydraulics will be redone. When looking at the individual monthly average temperatures, there are rarely months with negative average temperatures.
