Hello dear forum,

I will do it the other way around and am looking for suggestions for floor plans. After successfully purchasing the plot, we want to build as follows:

Ground floor: shower bathroom, living and dining room, kitchen, office (small, up to 9m²), utility/technical room
Upper floor: bathroom, bedroom, two children's rooms

Total area should be around 130-135m².
I have already browsed countless pages on the internet, nothing has emerged 100% yet, our own ideas for the floor plan always fail due to some unplanned issue. Knee wall should be max 1.50m, gable roof.

Do you have ideas or concrete floor plans that we could base ourselves on?

Thank you very much

There are people who do this professionally. They call themselves architects or building planners. They also take your property into account individually, examine lifestyle habits, etc. If you don't like that, the only option is to keep searching. No one here will be able to present you with a finished floor plan that fits you.

No, really, and then you haven't even read

Who is supposed to give you tips for the floor plan here if not even the basic data is known ... really ... hard to believe.

For what you are looking for, you will surely find hundreds of suggestions at [haisanbieter] and Google. It is usually 80% the same old stuff.

Transfer €5000 to me, then I'll make you one or two sketches, someone else has to do the final drawing, and there is no guarantee you'll like it.

Take your property and deal with it. First wanting it and then not knowing how - you're quite something ;)

And honestly: a standard floor plan that some (over)regional home builder has in their program is good enough for your demands and requirements, right?!

You also have to approach the companies directly sometimes :)
