Hi,
we have currently submitted our building application for our single-family house - see my thread (Building application slightly different from the drawings. Utility room in this form about 90%):

Since I go running at least 3 times a week and do not wash my sportswear after every time, I usually dry it to wear it about twice before washing. In our current rental apartment we have a towel radiator, on which I usually dry the laundry, but on the one hand it is a bit small and on the other hand of course the towels are supposed to go there.

Therefore, I am looking for a smart solution so that the laundry and the room (the idea is a utility room, since we will mostly enter the house through it) where it hangs does not smell or smells very little and it can dry well.
Does anyone know this situation and has found a solution for themselves?
Primarily, a towel radiator comes to mind. But do you install something like that in the utility room? So is that common?

I am completely in the dark about this and don’t know if the question is too specific or if I am worrying unnecessarily.
I am therefore happy about experiences and ideas.

With us, there is a foldable clothes dryer on the wall in the utility room, since the room is warm and dry, everything on it dries quickly

Where does your remaining laundry dry after it has been washed? I would simply use a drying rack. Either standing or on the wall. And then put it in the laundry :p

Controlled residential ventilation, it pulls the moisture out of running clothes within a few hours :)

The remaining laundry is also supposed to be accommodated in the utility room, presumably on a drying rack.

We will not have a ventilation system.

But basically, I think we will then probably have to resort to wall-mounted dryers or something similar and dry the clothes in the room as quickly as possible. In summer, it is no problem to hang them outside.

But don't forget to ventilate manually :)
