Ideas for drying laundry in the utility room

We have a controlled residential ventilation system in the house and also hang our laundry in the utility room. The drying rack is located almost directly under the exhaust air outlet. If I don't hang things up soaking wet, everything is dry by the next morning.

If no controlled residential ventilation system is installed (with us), a ventilation concept should be in place, not on paper but in the minds of the residents

Whether ventilation or not, my sportswear will still stink

With ventilation, nothing stinks. The smellier air is pulled out.
