With so little specification, one can think quite freely. I wonder if it will be useful? I'll make something for 1-2 people out of it and enlarge a few windows while reducing the number of rooms (after all, who really needs a hallway..).
1. Combined technical/storage/laundry room (if location allows, facing north)
2. Bathroom and bedroom as a unit behind a wall made of "wardrobe." This, adjacent to the room mentioned above, is the main storage space and houses clothes, shoes, office supplies, wardrobe...
3. Small separate toilet room.
4. The entire remaining (large) space is a living kitchen with an island, large table, and rather delicate couch area, few pieces of furniture.
For those wondering where "the entrance" is – a simple front door to the kitchen (fair-weather entrance), a simple front door to the technical/storage/laundry room (bad-weather entrance). Additionally, a generous floor-to-ceiling glass area that opens to a terrace.
Extend the floor (e.g., stone) of the large room seamlessly into the terrace area to visually expand the space and link it with the "outside."
High ceilings with acoustic optimization and generous roof overhangs for shading. The terrace roof is integrated as an extension of the house roof.
