At least with us, the gypsum plaster is quite susceptible to marks. If the door stopper variant is chosen, then be careful already at the construction door and especially after handover, so that you don’t already have marks on the wall.

Is that you saying it or your builder? Of course you can build up there - they use anchors for that... anything else is just botching it and you’ll only get annoyed later. It’s already pretty tight there anyway...

But cool construction door - the world goes to ruin in style :D:D

I agree with Sebastian. With a makeshift solution, you will be annoyed for the next 50 years.

If the door has not been ordered yet, you might still consider having the door placed in the middle with a glass panel on both the right and left sides.

I think the idea is good. Even if it has already been ordered, I would try to reorder it and possibly shift the costs onto the developer/general contractor/or whoever ;-) It’s basically only about the glass panel itself. The door can still be used.

Or another option: reduce the size of the glass panel on the side and build a little wall on the right side. It should somehow be doable (says someone who doesn’t know much :-D )

Thank you for your input. So no one has seen it before? Too bad.

Moving the door looks stupid to me if you head towards the corner first instead of into the hallway.
