The following description in the development plan: Garages, parking spaces, and covered parking spaces are also permitted as boundary buildings within the specified building depth of the buildable land parcels. The permissibility as boundary buildings also applies outside the buildable land parcels. Additionally, they are permitted in the areas designated for parking spaces and garages.
