I don't understand the B plan. Who can help me?

The following description in the development plan: Garages, parking spaces, and covered parking spaces are also permitted as boundary buildings within the specified building depth of the buildable land parcels. The permissibility as boundary buildings also applies outside the buildable land parcels. Additionally, they are permitted in the areas designated for parking spaces and garages.

Now the questions: Is it therefore only permissible in field 1 or also crosswise permissible in field 1 and field 2 to build a carport? Are there specialist lawyers in this forum who could provide a clear answer to this? I thank you in advance.

Why is the B-Plan important overall? The point is the only one that relates to the topic of carports or garages. But if interested, please search online for B-Plan Nr. 42 Krützkrög.

It is already very confusingly formulated. As a rule, however, one wants the carports to be built on the boundary with the neighbor, but not on the street.
