I am not a mod, and deleting would also not be appropriate now, rather merging. But now both threads contain references to the twin, so all responders are informed. In the future, you simply behave and adhere to the forum rules.

Because the wording in the development plan is indeed very confusing, but the mention of the source enables finding the justification for the development plan: Garages, parking spaces and covered parking spaces (carports) can be built in the property setback areas. This also applies to the property boundaries outside the buildable property sections. Building code approval regulations such as minimum distances to the public traffic area when building garages are excluded from this. It is therefore only about the non-buildable areas, which, seen from the access road, lie laterally to the building windows, here in magenta:

Does that mean the blue-bordered fields may be built on, the magenta areas not? And that building over the blue lines at the front and back is not allowed?

... be developed with residential houses, ancillary buildings, garages, and parking spaces, ... only with ancillary buildings, garages, and parking spaces. Yes, except the rear building limit with ancillary buildings such as garden sheds, greenhouses, or dovecotes.

But should garages, parking spaces, or carports be excluded in the area of streets on the sides? Or are they allowed there despite traffic roads? Thanks so far for the clear statements. Now I can follow.

Is it about the areas next to the traffic-calmed traffic areas? In my opinion, garages and parking spaces are allowed there because the development plan text refers to the specified building depth, which in my excerpt is 18.00 m. Along this 18 m, garages and parking spaces are also permitted as boundary developments outside the buildable areas.
