actually, I have been dealing with this topic for a while. I know that real estate is scarce and highly contested. But I still hope that with a plot size of almost 1000m2 and a standard land value of €530 + x%, not so many can compete. That is a good tip, maybe we send something like that along with the bid right away, thanks!

How is it buildable? Only with a single-family house? Or is a multi-family house also possible somehow?

I would also send it directly or point out that everything is complete. If you go all in right away, then I would make it clear that you are serious, but that you are also ready to consider other options at any time.

Around it are mainly terraced houses and semi-detached houses. But the plot is very narrow (<16m), so it is probably not so easy to build several houses. However, it is possible from the surroundings. Do you think that increases the price? I also fear that we will probably be competing against property developers.

Property developers can calculate quite differently.

No use; only offer what it is worth to you; but determine that and do so firmly

what do you mean by afraid?

apart from a declaration of intent that is worth nothing, he gets nothing from you

what a stress though

it has already happened that the potential buyer did not show up at the notary appointment. And then tough luck

Personally, I find it perverse what is going on in and around Frankfurt. Everyone tries to squeeze the last cent out. Private auctions etc.

The market goes along with it. There is capital, after all

unfortunately
