Jo timber frame is actually always cheaper than a comparable solid construction. Have never seen or heard otherwise?

How do you calculate the prices per sqm? How would one do that for a used house with land? The entire price divided by the sqm living area? That can't be it. Otherwise, yes, prices vary a lot and, above all, price expectations are different. I almost bought a house a year ago. I had it inspected and evaluated by a very experienced expert. I added 10% to the stated value and was insulted by the seller who wondered how I could be so cheeky to make such an offer. He didn't want to speak to me anymore. So values and value expectations clearly diverge.

Determine the value of the property and subtract it from the purchase price. Then divide the remainder by the sqm. Of course, you should also consider the age,

My Polish friend always says. If you want it nice and cheap, you do it yourself; if you want it nice and don’t know how, you hire expensive craftsmen. Even in RP or Saxony, you have warehouses and buildings where prices can’t hide. On this topic, love relativizes it a bit. If the woman is self-employed, separation may make sense until the tax class choice.

Those were 3-4 who were at the prefab house fair Hannover back then. We had the rough price of our later general contractor for solid construction (about €1800/sqm at 160sqm) and then went to various providers. Every price was at least at that level, uncustomized.

There are indeed very large differences among the prefab house providers. The more expensive ones are indeed at that level, but there are also many cheaper ones.
