How many watts do your spots have?

Does anyone know suitable fixtures/lights into which GU10 spots can be inserted and that are very small and/or inconspicuous?

I want to attach the housing together with the spot on a purlin (so no built-in installation) and illuminate the visible roof truss.
I was thinking of those triangular spot housings often seen under kitchen wall cabinets.
However, most of them have a switch, are limited to 3 or 4 pieces, and are not swivelable.

Alternatives are therefore welcome.

There are LED floodlights with fixed light sources. Some of these are not even 30 mm thick. Just buy 3-4 as replacements and that's fine.

I have now ordered pond spotlights. They offer the most options in terms of adjustment angle, etc. They are also not particularly large, can handle a lot of watts, are matte black, and I could even operate them up to 10m underwater.

Question about LED strips.

I need them in a length of 50-70cm, I've already seen that they can be cut and sometimes end up at 50 or even 75, which would be okay.
Now about the power... I once tried an RGB light tube from the hardware store, but the brightness was not enough for my purpose.
I want to illuminate my sloping bedroom ceilings with it. The light tube should then be hidden behind facing panels and light up the slope from there.
Here is a sketch.

Since the light comes at an angle, it needs to have a decent amount of lumens. What do you think, around 400-500 (too bright is not good either)?

Color. One of the most important things for me. I think an adjustable color offers more possibilities. However, the light tube from the hardware store did not offer enough scaling options.
It should color-wise go toward candlelight, so a strong yellow with "volume".

If color is important to you, [RGBW]. Otherwise, there are also stripes with warm/cool white on one stripe, where you can adjust the color temperature. Or you simply take a very bright warm white stripe, then you can dim to the desired brightness if needed.
