We commission the trades individually. Currently, only the structural engineer is working. As soon as it comes to the ground floor ceiling, three trades come together. Once the formwork is done and the lower layer of iron is in place, the installer must lay the pipes for the ventilation system. This means a half or whole day break for the structural engineer. This is also where the electrician comes into play, who, I would call it "placeholder boxes," installs and lays empty conduits for the wiring. After that, the structural engineer can lay the upper layer of iron and pour the ceiling.
We are still soliciting offers from electricians; in a first one, it looks like this: Approximately 90 EUR gross per spot in the concrete ceiling (the described preparation, wiring, spot, and light bulb including installation); approximately 33 EUR gross per spot in the wooden ceiling on the upper floor – as it is less complex. A spot at the stairs is comparable to a socket regarding effort and costs from work, at least according to the explanation of another electrician. 215 EUR per stair spot sounds like a bad joke.
