How is this facade constructed?

Below you can see the picture of a house that we find very appealing from the outside (especially the material and color combination). The facade is partly plastered with a light gray plaster. But between the windows, there are panels? These are in the frame color of the windows, and the front door, the garage door, as well as the canopy and the attic sheet metal perfectly match this.

Now the actual question: How are these facade areas set off by materiality between the windows made? Is that then a small part with a curtain wall? Is that extremely expensive? Or was it "simply" not plastered and instead panels were mounted?

These are panels from the window manufacturer. About €400-500 each at that size. Behind them is a thin, highly insulating layer (PUR/PIR) and masonry.

The front door can possibly be purchased from the same supplier, then you can be sure that the color matches (same foil from the same manufacturer). Otherwise, at least with the RAL color palette, you can try to achieve as similar shades as possible.

Thank you for the quick response.

Is there no wall behind these panels? Or are they sitting on the masonry?

It's definitely expensive then. You might as well just use an additional window for that.

Sure, there is masonry behind it.

Well, what does expensive mean. In the example photo, I guess that aluminum windows are shown. You can see the street front; there will be significantly more glass towards the back. That probably cost around €50,000 for the building. Such a cover is probably still affordable.

If you want it cheaper, just build through between the windows and then paint the plaster anthracite. However, qualitatively, this is by no means comparable to what is shown in the photo. Also disparagingly known as "Smokey Eyes."

Well, that's exactly the point. I've seen this cheap version several times, it's ugly. Why does everything fancy have to be so expensive :-(

The garage will probably be painted "only" in that color, right?
