How expensive will this house be?

Hello everyone,
as the title already says, I would like to determine the approximate costs in advance for a completely hypothetical construction project so far or to timely give up on it if unrealistic :-). A plot of land is not yet available.
Construction method: solid; only ground floor without basement; with pitched roof.
Please take a look at my floor plan draft and then bring on your questions / critiques :-)

the house wants to get a roof: I don't think this living hall can do without posts and pillars to hold this roof.
By the way: your "living area" is not exactly cozy, as it is simply a catch-all room for the doors of the other rooms. It is, so to speak, a large hallway. The ratio of costs to living space should also be right: here, the so-called edge surcharges of the craftsmen could play a big role ;)

HRB? What does that mean?
Where? Leinen (5,000 souls community in northern Münsterland, NRW)
Which standard? KFW 55?
I assume a shallow / normal foundation (hard to say without the plot)
I am currently still reading the floor plan discussions, so I cannot yet understand the numerous weaknesses at the moment.

That is probably a matter of opinion, I find a central room cozy, but I will think it over a few more times :-)
