How many kWh did you consume for the screed drying?

It was originally offered for the house electrics as a HEA 2 star standard for about 30k. Step by step, I jumped on the KNX train and meanwhile we have an almost fully automated home including preparation of the electrics for the outdoor pool. A few gimmicks like a Gira G1 (although X1 and S1 were already planned) do the rest. However, we could only afford this because my wife started working full-time again 12 months earlier than planned. I almost forgot our glass railing in the TRH which will also cost a good 7k and was added. Since the outdoor facilities were also mentioned somewhere in the posts: We are now at almost 90k in planning for the outdoor facilities. But ceramic tiles, cold conservatory including awning and aluminum fence, electric double gate, etc. are the price drivers. That could also be done for under 30k with a bit less frills. Here as well a huge range is possible.

I have now gone through all possible and impossible calculations again but unfortunately did not find any. Admittedly, it is a fairly spacious house where all floors have full residential-quality finishing – and the screed was dried in winter. Wherever the cables to the heater ran, the snow always melted away because the heater was pulling so much. So the heating was done via the regular underfloor heating to dry the screed.

If you come up with such, sorry, nonsense, you can already expect a mid five-figure sum.
It may sound crazy, but when it rings, I go to the door and open it. Why would I need the possibility to open the door electrically in a single-family house?

And it goes on like that. Then you want network everywhere. 3,000 scoundrels.
Then you want parquet everywhere, 10,000 scoundrels, etc.

That way I can let people in when no one is at home but someone rings the doorbell (video intercom).

I always find it great when people project their own situation onto others. You probably also have a bunch of stuff that I would say nobody needs.

He surely means the gate to get onto the property - I hope so.
