Hello

We have the following structure of the facade.

15cm sand-lime brick
19cm ETICS insulation
Exterior plaster

A scaffold was set up at our site for photovoltaics

How are the drill holes properly sealed again so that no thermal bridge or other damage occurs?

I have and will provide the original plaster and paint

Do you use a specific foam or acrylic or what is used there?

There are special plugs for that. Alternatively, this is done with pre-compressed, round sealing tape (then a cover cap with sealant or alternatively plastering with topcoat).

It should definitely be plastered with plaster afterwards and painted over so that nothing can be seen afterwards

The question is only how to properly fill the cavity in the [WDVS Dämmung] and in the sand-lime brick??
So that no thermal bridge or similar occurs

Haven't you read my answer? These things are usually a good 4 cm long. You don't do more than that. Behind it you have a resting layer of air, so that no thermal bridge arises either. This is state of the art – of course, you can also do it yourself. P.S. Why are you actually doing this yourself? Isn't it in the bill of quantities for the ETICS tradesman?

Oh sorry

I thought you use the plug when you don't plaster the hole

So plug in, then plaster on, let it dry and then dab paint on and done, right?

I don't do it myself, they do it but I just wanted to know how it's done properly so they can't cheat and do some crap

Yep. That's exactly how it's done. If the guys do a proper job, you won't see anything later.
