With Schwörerhaus you have the possibility to generate and feed in your own electricity using a stationary bike. However, I don't believe it will be enough for the 15% rule (renewable energy).

Hardly a day away and already tears of laughter in my eyes while reading.

I am an accountant and I keep my household book as a ledger. At the end of the month, I do a reconciliation with the account and that's it. However, I have a household account, a private checking account (each has one for their own hobbies: I like my hairdresser and my beautician), and since the four of us are P- insured, there is also an account for that, otherwise it would be difficult to keep track.

I love Excel spreadsheets professionally, but I only use them for our construction account.

Since there have been no change proposals from my husband so far and we are doing quite well.....I will continue to be “lazy“ at home.

Oh, now I know what I forgot.

Yes, but built the wrong way - I would reach Tour de France level within a year - and that completely without various substances.

I can bring you our ergometer, then I don’t have to use it.

Can you still apply for KFW funding for the plus-energy house afterwards?

Um, yes, but surely every expense is recorded. Otherwise, it doesn't make any sense, does it? How do you distinguish between expenses that go into the household book and those you leave out? Where do the small items add up?

Anyway ... treadmill and exercise bike are obviously nonsense; real sport takes place outside .
