How do you find our floor plan, exterior view, location on the property?

Hello dear ones,

after a long back and forth (about 1 1/2 years - but there was also a change of residence, wedding, etc. involved) about who will be our construction company and how our house should look, my husband and I have made a decision.

Since I have already read some good tips, I wanted to ask you to take a look and tell me what you think.

I wanted to ask you to have a look at it and tell me what you think about it.

If you resize the images to a readable size, sure.

Download of the screenshot? Yes, it is very small, therefore blurry in normal view. So without going into detail, the facade would make me sleepy. Honestly: it is already an art to sell such a boring facade.

Well ... boring is relative. The windows actually fit quite well with the rooms.

Ground floor: Large bathroom and toilet? Why?
Ground floor: Kitchen ... I would choose a layout where I have access to the terrace from the kitchen. Because the one by the table could sometimes be a bit inconvenient. So kitchen planning with a proper island and not a small one, and save the lower leg of the plan for that.
Ground floor: You can’t see the dimensions, but I would not only place a small area for the wardrobe in the hallway, but maybe make the wall to the living room continuous there to really have enough space for all the wardrobes/shoes. Then you don’t have to repack seasonally all the time.

Upper floor: Master bedroom ... bed really under the window? Unfortunately, you can’t see the sill height etc. I would maybe only put a narrower window on the east (right side of the plan) between the imagined wardrobe and the bed.
Upper floor: Bathroom ... I would maybe place the toilet diagonally as well; you could probably plan better with the washbasin that way.
