e) If you embed the lawn edging stone in concrete, more of it can protrude than if you bury it without concrete. f) The more soil mass you retain, the deeper the lawn edging stone must extend into the ground / into the concrete encasement.

- it is only concreted in, without burying - a 40cm wide path that presses, the rest of the slope presses beneath it according to the 45° rule and does not touch the edging stone

You are making a science out of something that is not a problem. An edging stone should lie one third in the concrete. If you place it on the ground without a substructure, it can wash out and wobble. If it sticks out 10 cm, with a 20 cm stone you only have 3-4 cm of soil to cover the concrete. So you need a 30 cm or even 40 cm high stone. Moving these by hand with an 8x100x40 is already quite a task.

aha, so one-third is enough already

it’s clear that it has to be concreted in, burying it loosely in soil makes no sense

thanks, that’s how I’ll go about it

I’ll take 40cm where necessary and 30cm where it’s enough (costs here almost twice as much then)

Get a pair of pliers to carry them right away if there are many. I placed 60 pieces, after that the glove and my forearms were done

And if you use bulk goods for the concrete, then at least one per curb stone.
