How bad is the condition of our building ground?

These quotes are not reliable. Your foundation slab must be professionally planned by a structural engineer/architect and then put out to tender. Otherwise, the whole thing can quickly ruin you due to poor workmanship or additional costs. Your approach is quite naïve,

Hm ok, thanks for your note! The plan was first to prepare the ground and then to decide on a house provider. Otherwise, we are more or less tied to the offer from the GÜ. We would have liked to stay flexible. Would an offer for just earthworks without the base slab be reliable? Or even if one plans 5t of steel and the next 7t, the price per ton is still apparent, right? Same with concrete per m³. Still too naive? Oh yes, that the work should only be done after the plan and statics from the architect are finalized is clear. For now, I was only interested in offers to see which earthworks company we want to hire.

You are also flexible with the house provider, as no provider lists your extras in the construction service description and you can decide that yourselves. Most house builders take someone from your region anyway. Therefore, you can confidently inquire about houses and possibly contact them regarding the earthworks.

You have the ideal conditions... you can hand over the report to the house providers, ours can design the offer accordingly... then you also have no additional founding costs, those usually only occur if the soil report is created after signing the house contract

Hello Yvonne, almost. The foundation slab is already included in the construction description. Earthworks to a very small extent. What do you mean by our region? Do you possibly know someone here who does this regionally and cheaply?

No, but the house provider offers a base slab including 30cm of earthworks. Since you need additional earthworks on your side, you can have the contractor search, as he will have to find his subcontractor anyway. But the idea from is good: have the contractor calculate a final price for you right away.
