Housekeeping room and technical room combined or separate?

We also have a combined utility room and technical room and despite the huge heat pump and other technology, there is still enough space for a washing machine and storage because the room was well planned. I find it advantageous that the room warms up due to the technology, as I also dry our laundry there. However, we do not store food in the utility room, but in a separate room under the stairs. I think due to the humidity and warmth, the utility room is more suitable for drinks and dry food rather than fresh fruit and vegetables. Do you perhaps also have the possibility to somehow install a pantry that is unheated?

Even if it is not desired... :
At first glance, I thought: what a pity about the beautiful large room.
At second glance, you have almost 100 sqm on the ground floor, with a nearly unusable area in the middle of the living area.
I would unleash the fine-tuning a bit more and check whether the few rooms on the ground floor, which also fit on much less space, can be restructured.
Namely a small deep-freeze room on the ground floor, plus a multipurpose room on the ground floor (office, guest, playroom or library, possibly also accessible from the living room) and a utility room upstairs, where the laundry is done, cleaning supplies can be stored, and other odds and ends.

P.S. Our deep-freeze room (without laundry) is the coldest room in our house. For that, the utility room where the laundry is done becomes very stuffy and humid when the dryer is running.
For food, there is only a wall cabinet, but fruits and potatoes are stored there because storing them in the open kitchen causes spoilage/germination too quickly. This, in turn, would not work satisfactorily with drying laundry.
