Hello,
I probably have a typical single problem. I want to buy a house and actually have one in mind. But like most houses, this one is also too big. I would then have 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms "left over." Also, a 40 sqm utility room. On the ground floor, I can well imagine tearing down a wall and connecting the bathroom with the kitchen to get a larger kitchen. But since the house is listed, that probably won't be possible, right?
Otherwise, everything fits with the house, and since I generally only search in an area of about 20,000 inhabitants and still want a large garden plus an outbuilding, it is also very unlikely to find a small house.
So what do you do with too much space?
Best regards, Chris
