House suitable for the property? Is the size of the property sufficient?

Draw furniture in actual size. Is the room at the top right going to be the bedroom? If yes, I would like to see the furnishing.

Not really too big now. I would play around a bit with templates and slide carports. made a good suggestion there. Is it allowed to build a carport within the front 5-meter line? But is it also allowed to build single-storey? What does turnkey mean in this case? How much flooring and painting work is included? TM, for example, builds so cheaply. Or Scanhaus Marlow Marlow? Town & Country? Heinz von Heiden? That works. But then quite a few extra costs come up that are already included with more expensive builders. I don’t read it that way at all. Ancillary building costs would come to about €25,000–30,000. However, I see the mentioned €20,000 as quite tight, as electrical work still eats up quite a bit, as do flooring, furnishing of bathroom and kitchen, etc. I assume all of that is calculated within the €20,000? Exterior work like terrace and driveway is calculated separately? Is the Frisian house actually plastered or brick-clad? I wouldn’t rotate the house; I think the gable should definitely be at the front. I don’t understand the layout for upstairs. Overall, it’s not really my taste. I would probably mirror it. Or maybe not... hmm Edit: overlapped with Mecki, the answer.

So now we have planned the furniture in the rooms. Unfortunately, the tool does not transfer the names of the rooms into the drawing. But I hope one can imagine which room is which.

UG:

OG:

No extras for the house are included in the additional construction costs, only things like building drying, construction water/electricity, and house connections.

All other extras are included in the house price of €300,000, including things like electricity, floor coverings, different doors and windows, etc.

The Frisian house will be brick-faced.

The middle room on the upper floor is meant to become the dressing room. It is so large to have a bit of extra storage space for things that otherwise would not fit in the upper floor. To the right of it is the bedroom.

Do you now have 2 full floors or a knee wall with a gable roof?

We have a pitched roof but the knee wall is somewhere between 80cm and 100cm.

2m line roof missing, so the bathroom cannot be assessed. Shower could still be in the sloped area.

What is the point of 302 cm bedroom width? And then this hole in the dressing room?

Kitchen .. peninsula - wall, passageway too narrow

All doors max. 80 cm construction width, passage width then about 76 cm.
