the question is whether you want to sell it completely or as individual apartments then yes.
Be careful, if 10 apartments are sold, according to the tax office you are regarded as a company and will be taxed accordingly. (should already be from 3 units)
There is the 3-object threshold from which commercial real estate trading begins and is therefore subject to income tax liability.
However, it may still be sensible to sell the apartments individually. An investor will probably focus more on the return than an owner-occupier does. Perhaps higher prices can even be achieved this way.
Alternatively, another possibility occurs to me. If a property management company is responsible for the administration, you can also mention the intention to sell there. Often they have larger clients/investors who are looking for interesting properties.
