Are there actually differences in the procedure if you want to sell a rental building with multiple residential units (e.g. 10)?

then the question is whether you want to sell it completely or as individual condo units.

Beware, if 10 condo units are sold, according to the tax office you are considered a business and will be taxed accordingly. (should already apply from 3 units)

Thanks for the hint regarding the tax office.

The question whether completely or individually also came up for me. How do you handle that with the bank or the loan? Prepayments in the amount of one unit are not planned. Can I even sell the apartments without the bank’s consent? Probably not, right?

There is the 3-object threshold from which commercial real estate trading begins and is therefore subject to income tax liability.
However, it may still be sensible to sell the apartments individually. An investor will probably focus more on the return than an owner-occupier does. Perhaps higher prices can even be achieved this way.
Alternatively, another possibility occurs to me. If a property management company is responsible for the administration, you can also mention the intention to sell there. Often they have larger clients/investors who are looking for interesting properties.

Or the broker. Investors usually search through brokers.
