First, take the free offers. If your place isn't at the end of the world and is well-maintained, the door will probably be kicked in.

You can skip Ebay, they take over from Immonet. Quoka, IS24 and all the classifieds providers on the web I would skip, because it somewhat resembles desperate clearing out.

The presence simply has to be right: headline, body text and photos must form a unit and must not reveal too much. The art lies in omission. You have to address the seeker! Go to my homepage (linked here in the profile) Since I am an expert in this case, I would like to see the link to Immonet – can you please send it to me? I might be able to give you a few tips – also, “nice photos” by themselves are not always what is suitable for advertising ;)

What motivation is actually behind your self-promotion?

I also find the statement regarding [ebay Kleinanzeigen] questionable. It is the advertising platform with the largest reach, which costs nothing. I would use this one first of all.

Dear Yvonne, I’m happy to do that.. interesting, your tips.. I would have thought exactly the opposite.. as much information as possible... Best regards Steffi.

Well.. what else....

- to make use of my own abilities
- have a lot of fun doing it
- to "have it in my own hands"
- to get a little more than usual
- to save the broker fee
- to learn a lot in the process

Best regards Steffi

As already said: eBay is already being filled by immonet, a double entry is unnecessary. Classified ad markets are often browsed out of boredom for common bargains in the area and awaken sleeping dogs who have no interest in buying. You actually want to keep property tourism out of your house :) Those who are searching stick to the biggest providers, possibly also purchase-without-agent
