Yes, we saw other interested parties on the viewing day, at least those who came before and after us. But whether it's true that they all really want to buy is another matter. It's enough if "only" one bids. However, that person can also overestimate themselves and, for example, the financing falls through afterwards. Then we would be lucky again ... Oh man, tricky situation. Couldn't sleep last night ‍♀️

Do you find the price so low, 250,000 euros? After all, it is an older house and we would still have to do quite a bit of work.
