Did you openly ask after you accepted the rejection why the property is still not an option?

That is exactly where the mistake must have been. That only invites "What is the final price?" Just google Homestaging - and forget the delusion that real estate agents are professionals (they do exist, but by the time you find one of those 2% white sheep, you will have sold the house yourself faster).

Absolutely normal, something like that has happened to us too. You have to be able to estimate that. If the house is in good condition, located in a somewhat desirable area, people are queuing up during the viewing, and it’s not completely overpriced, then you will 99.9% not get the famous night to sleep on it. That was also one reason why we said: We build. Because I didn’t want to make the financially biggest decision of my life in a mini time span in which I wouldn’t even want to decide on a new coffee machine.

Thank you for the hint. I have removed it from the ads immediately.

Depending on preferences, everyone says something different. Too quiet, too loud. Too small, too big. Too much green space, too little green space. Too much need for renovation, or "Oh, we could move in immediately."

The agent doesn't magically conjure up buyers either but just lists it on the same online portals you would use yourself. There must be another reason. Maybe the house is simply too expensive

But it's best if you start a separate thread.
