Are the 13% slopes correct?
13% is 1.3 m per 10 m construction depth?

What is the private road in the south for?

Thank you for the hint, haydee. 13% is incorrect, it is about 27% at the steepest point!

The private path to the south is the access to the property. On the other side of the private path there is another parking space, as shown in the very first overview image.

Do you have the exact elevation profile?
You are digging the house into the mountain, that costs a lot
You equip the south with a large private path.
I don't like the location on the property

Have you ever thought about swapping Sleeping and Living?
especially if the roof terrace doesn't work out like that?

I interpret that as no road at the end of the mountain of the property.

Attached are the exact elevation details of the property. The private road has always been like that and cannot be changed, as it is the main access route for two other properties. We do not want to switch living and sleeping areas because we want the ground-level garden access in the living area facing southwest.

The private road is located at the end of the valley and also has a slight incline.
