Facade insulation.
In view of the "brick," I can imagine three things:
1) monolithic brick facing masonry 36.5 cm
2) double-shell without an air layer, outer brick veneer and behind it 30 cm porous brick
3) double-shell with an air layer, facing shell 11.5 cm and behind the air layer 24 cm porous brick.
The continuous crack argues against 2) and 3).

Clutter in the house.
It is the opposite of home staging. As far as it drives away bidders, okay - but on balance I would join those fleeing here.

Offer taken off the internet.
On the common portals, the slow sellers also cost money, and especially bad agents are also poor. On their own websites, often only links to these exposés can be found. Is it really completely gone or just moved from Immoscout to Ebay Classifieds?

Is that good or bad? Is it actually allowed to forward the exposé via private message here?

Yes, pretty much the complete opposite. We tried to imagine how it might look one day, but some imagination was definitely needed.

It was on Immowelt and now it is completely off. I have checked all kinds of portals to find other houses as well, it no longer appears anywhere.

No, don’t worry. We are quite relaxed about it, even though we were a bit too euphoric after the first viewing. But that subsided very quickly. We are also not worried about not finding anything else. Many in our circle of friends, acquaintances and colleagues have built or bought in recent years, and I have not heard from anyone that they searched especially long here. Some even searched only in one village or district to be close to the parents (for child care), and that worked too. The agent was actually supposed to email us the energy certificate, but nothing happened. However, we agreed not to contact him for now and to wait.

Yes, we definitely want to, because first of all, we want to know roughly how high the renovation costs are, and secondly, we think it could lower the price again.

I will definitely report back! Your expertise and especially the questions, which I often wouldn't think of, have already helped a lot!

Recently only to people who won't then buy the house with drug money.

Then I'd better leave out the address.
